专利说明:

The invention relates to an insect protection system with at least one, in particular designed as a hollow profile strip, profile strip and with a fastening device for installation in a reveal (wall reveal) of a building opening or in a door or window frame. Insect protection system is understood here to mean an insect protection door, an insect protection window or an insect protection roller blind, wherein the insect protection can also be formed from vertical slats in the manner of a slat curtain.
To protect housing openings, such as window or door openings (balcony or patio doors), insect, particle or pollen protection grids or mesh are used as frame systems, which are inserted into a profile frame, which in turn cover the building opening as fully as possible should. Such a frame system as part of an insect protection system is known for example from DE 20 2010 012 403 U1.
The known system enables unproblematic frame assembly and easy insertion of the protective grid or mesh in the profile frame. In addition, a simple and safe installation of the framed insect screen in a wall reveal or frame is desirable. In addition, it is desirable, on the one hand, to securely hold the profile frame covered with the protective mesh fabric (mesh or cloth) at the destination, in particular in the reveal of a building opening, on a door or on a window. On the other hand, dismantling should also be possible, which is why the insect protection system should be detachably attached in the reveal of a building opening or on the window or door frame. In addition, the overall system should be as flexible as possible to allow adaptation to different, on-site boundary conditions for assembly.
An insect screen curtain with a clamping device, in particular for corner mounting, is known for example from DE 20 2014 005 314 U1.
From DE 20 2004 009 269 111 and from US 2008/0078 508 A1, as well as from US 2006/0 081 746 A1 and from WO 2008/093 255 A2, window covers with spring-loaded and screw-adjustable fastening devices for clamping-fixing window frame assembly are known .
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an insect protection system of the type mentioned, which can be particularly easily and safely and non-destructively and detachably attached in the reveal of a building opening or in a door or window frame.
[0007] This object is achieved according to the invention with the features of patent claim 1. Advantageous refinements and developments are the subject of the dependent claims.
For this purpose, the insect protection system provided and installed for installation in a wall reveal of a building opening or in a window or door frame mounted in this and at least one, preferably designed as a hollow profile, profile strip and a fastening device designed in clamping wedge technology, which is used for mounting on a front side of the Profile bar is provided and set up. The fastening device extends at least slightly beyond the corresponding profile end face in the longitudinal direction of the profile and at least partially covers it in the transverse direction of the profile.
The fastening device comprises a guide part and a movable relative to this adjustment part and an adjusting slide. In the assembled state, the guide part is profile-fixed and, for this purpose, inserted in a form-fitting manner in a receiving chamber of the profile strip from the front side thereof and preferably fixed in place there. As an alternative to the invention, the guide part is screwed, glued or firmly connected to the profile strip 2 / 2a on the end face. The adjustment part is movable relative to the guide part and is suitably held in or on the latter, expediently captive, movable in the longitudinal direction of the profile. The adjusting slide is located between the guide part and the adjusting part and interacts with an adjusting screw which is accessible from outside, that is to say from the outside of the profile and / or from an outside of the fastening device.
In the course of an adjusting movement of the adjusting screw, the adjusting slide is moved essentially in the transverse direction of the profile and the adjusting part in the longitudinal direction of the profile. When the insect protection system is installed in the wall reveal or frame, this adjustment movement causes the adjustment part to be jammed to fix it with an adjustment part contact side on the reveal or frame in the building opening.
The invention is based on the consideration that on the one hand reliable and detachable and on the other hand non-destructive fastening of an insect protection system can be achieved in a reveal of a building opening or in a frame mounted therein, if the corresponding fastening device is implemented using clamping wedge technology. In this case, a movable part should not be able to be adjusted directly compared to an immovable part, that is to say a part connected to a fixed part of the insect protection system, but rather indirectly via an intermediate part up to the reveal or frame. In order to achieve a simple manual adjustment of the adjustment part with a sufficient clamping force effect, a set screw with a preferably metric external thread, which meshes with a corresponding internal thread of the intermediate part, is particularly suitable. The intermediate part is suitably designed as an adjusting slide or adjusting slide which slides along a ramp or wedge surface when the adjusting screw is actuated in such a way that the rotary movement and the adjustment movement of the adjusting slide resulting therefrom is converted into a displacement of the adjusting part in the longitudinal direction of the profile along an adjustment path.
The profile-fixed guide part therefore suitably has a first sliding surface on which the slide valve abuts with a sliding surface facing the profile strip. The adjustment part also has a (second) sliding surface, on which the adjusting slide bears with a sliding surface facing away from the profile strip. One or more of these sliding surfaces are suitably designed in a ramp-like manner with a ramp course inclined to the transverse direction of the profile.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the one and / or the other sliding surface is designed as a wedge surface. In other words, the slide valve itself is wedge-shaped. In conjunction with the ramp-like sliding surface of the guide part and / or the adjusting part, this results in an orientation of the adjusting screw that is inclined to the transverse direction of the profile. This achieves the advantage that, in particular in the case of an overall construction of the insect protection system with difficult access to the adjusting screw, this can be adjusted using a handling tool which is applied obliquely to the longitudinal direction of the profile.
The set screw has a screw head, preferably with a hexagon socket for actuation with an Allen key, and an opposite shaft end face with which the threaded opening of the adjusting slide penetrating set screw is supported on an inner wall of the guide part facing away from the screw head. As a result, a rotary movement of the adjusting screw causes an adjusting movement of the adjusting slide along the threaded shaft of the adjusting screw. The set screw is suitably supported with its screw head on an opening edge of a through opening, via which the handling tool is guided to the screw head of the set screw.
The slide valve suitably has a slide shaft with a threaded opening receiving the set screw and at least on one side, preferably on both sides, of the internally threaded opening a molded slide wing which has the sliding part on the guide part or adjusting part side. The adjusting slide is arranged here between the guide part and the adjusting part of the fastening device and is guided displaceably there in the transverse direction of the profile along at least one wedge or ramp surface. The adjustment part is held on the profile-fixed guide part and for this purpose it grips over or behind it on preferably at least two opposite sides.
The fastening device for releasable clamping fixation of such an insect protection system in a reveal of a building opening has a guide part and an adjusting part and an adjusting slide adjustable by means of an adjusting screw. The guide part is designed for mounting on a profile strip of the insect protection system. For this purpose, the guide part can have a plug-in shaft which can be inserted in a form-fitting manner on the end face in a profile chamber of the profile strip. The guide part for the front-side mounting, in particular screwing, can also be designed with the profile strip. The adjustment part is held movably on the guide part and interacts with the setting slide.
In the course of actuating the adjusting screw, its rotary movement is converted into a sliding movement of the adjusting slide and the adjusting part is displaced essentially transversely to the adjusting movement of the adjusting slide. In connection with the insect protection system, this adjustment movement of the adjustment part leads to its bearing on the reveal or frame in the building opening. The desired clamping fixation of the insect protection system is achieved by means of a corresponding force input via the torque acting on the adjusting screw on the adjusting slide and via this on the adjusting part.
The fastening device is suitable for both vertical mounting and horizontal mounting of an insect protection system. For example, an insect protection system designed as an insect screen roller blind or a lamella curtain can be installed horizontally in the building opening using the fastening device. Such a fastening device can be arranged on both end faces of the profile strip.
A single support profile or a frame for a pivotally hinged insect screen door is suitably clamped in the vertical direction by means of the fastening device. The corresponding profile strip, which serves as a support strip, can also have such a fastening device on both sides of its upper and lower end face. In the case of an insect screen sliding door, a frame or frame-like support profile system is also suitably provided, within which the or each sliding door of the insect screen system is guided to be horizontally displaceable. In this case, such a fastening device is suitably arranged on both vertical support or profile strips, preferably at least on the bottom side on the lower end face of the respective profile strip.
[0020] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to a drawing. Corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals in all figures.
1 shows an insect protection system 1 designed as a lamella curtain with a profiled strip 2 and fastening devices 3 arranged thereon on the end face for clamping fixation in a wall reveal 4 of a building opening. Slats 5 of an insect screen or mesh 6 are held hanging on the horizontally extending profile strip 2.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 7, the fastening device 3 comprises a guide part 7 and an adjusting part 8 and, according to FIG. 5, an adjusting slide 9 which interacts with a metric adjusting screw 10. The adjusting screw 10 is accessible from the outside via an opening 11 in the adjusting part 8 and via a slot opening 12 in the guide part 7, that is to say from the profile outside 13. The guide part 7 has a plug-in or joining shaft 14 which, in the assembled state, is seated in a receiving chamber 15 of the profile strip 2 which can be seen in FIG. 4. In the assembled state, the fastening device 3 is thus held on an end face 16 of the profile strip 2 by means of the joining shaft 14 of the guide part 7.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 7, this bracket is made by the positive connection between the plug or joining shaft 14 of the guide part 7 of the fastening device 3 and the profile bar 2. As can be seen comparatively clearly from FIG. 2, the fastening device 3 extends with practically the complete adjustment part 8 in the longitudinal direction L of the profile beyond the corresponding profile end face 16. In addition, the fastening device 3 extends practically completely along the profile face 16 in the profile transverse direction Q.
As can be seen with reference to FIGS. 5 to 7, when the adjusting screw 10 is actuated, its rotary movement leads to an adjusting movement of the adjusting slide 9 essentially in the transverse profile direction Q. Here, the adjusting slide 9 slides on a sliding surface oriented essentially in the transverse profile direction Q. 17 of the guide part 77 along. For this purpose, the setting slide 9 likewise has a sliding surface 18a facing the profile strip 2. The slide-side sliding surface 18a is located on a slide wing 19 which is molded onto a slide shaft 20 of the adjusting slide 9. Opposite the slide vane 19, a further slide vane 19 is provided, which likewise has a sliding surface 18a, which is not visible in FIG. 5. Both slide vanes 19 also have a sliding surface 18b facing the outer surface 36 of the adjusting part 8 and thus facing away from the profile strip 2. A metric internal thread is introduced into the slide shaft 20, which meshes with the metric external thread of the set screw 10 or its screw shaft 21. With the shaft end face 23 opposite a screw head 22, the adjusting screw 10 is supported on an inner wall (inner wall) 24 of the guide part 7 opposite the opening 12, while the threaded shaft 21 of the adjusting screw 10 passes through the adjusting slide 9 and here its slide shaft 21.
As can be seen comparatively clearly from FIG. 7, the adjusting part 8 has ramp-like or wedge-shaped sliding surfaces 25 on the inside, against which the slide valve 9 bears with its sliding surfaces 18b. In the course of the rotary or adjusting movement of the adjusting screw 10, the adjusting slide 9 moves essentially in the transverse profile direction Q. This adjusting movement of the adjusting slide 9 is connected to a movement component of the adjusting part 8 in the longitudinal direction L of the profile. This is brought about by corresponding ramp-like or wedge-shaped sliding surfaces 17, 18a, 18b and / or 25, so that a total of a type of wedge gear is formed by the guide part 7 and by the adjusting part 8 and by the adjusting slide 9 arranged between these two parts 7, 8. The ramp-shaped course of the respective sliding surface 17, 18a, 18b and / or 25 corresponds to a ramp course 26 inclined to the transverse profile direction Q, which is illustrated in FIG. 7 on the adjusting part 8. The wedge-shaped course of the sliding surfaces 18a, 18b of the slide valve 9 can also be seen in FIG. 5.
8 to 11 show an insect protection system 1 designed as an insect protection roller blind with a roller blind box as a profile strip 2, in which an insect protection grille or mesh 27 is wound on a winding shaft in a manner not shown and can be unwound from it. Guide rails 28, which run vertically and are connected to the horizontally running profile strip (roller blind box) 2, serve to guide the insect screen 27 laterally. As in the case of the insect screen system 1 according to FIG Fastening device 3 executed in clamping wedge technology, the embodiment of which is shown in more detail in FIGS. 9 to 11.
The fastening device 3 in turn comprises a guide part 7 connected at the end to the profiled strip (roller blind box) 2 and an adjustment part 8 which engages over this cap-like manner with the access opening 11 to the adjusting screw 10. This is in turn in accordance with the embodiment according to FIG carrying screw shaft 21 and with a screw head 22 which, according to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 7, has a hexagon socket for receiving an Allen key.
10 carries the guide member 7 on its side facing the profile strip (roller blind box) 2 a shaft journal 29 for receiving the roller blind shaft (not shown). The face-side attachment of the guide part 7 to the profile face 16 takes place here by means of screwing, for which purpose several attachment screws 30 are provided in embodiment 3. On the side facing away from the profiled strip 2, the guide part 7 again has two parallel sliding surfaces 18a, while the wedge-shaped ramp shape 26 can be clearly seen in FIG. 10.
In contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 5, in which the adjusting screw 10 extends at an inclination or tilt angle to the transverse profile direction Q, in the embodiment according to FIG. 10 the steep screw 10 is oriented parallel to or in the transverse profile direction Q. Likewise, in this exemplary embodiment, the sliding surfaces 18a, 18b of the adjusting slide or adjusting slide 9 run parallel to or in the transverse direction Q.
11, the adjusting part 8 again has sliding surfaces 25 on the inside, which correspond to the sliding surfaces 18b of the slide 9. In this exemplary embodiment, these sliding surfaces 25 on the adjusting part side are in turn oriented parallel to the transverse direction Q of the profile. The wedge effect is thus given by the wedge-shaped ramp shape 26 of the sliding surfaces 18a on the part to be joined. The inner or support wall 24, on which the adjusting screw 10 is supported with its (not visible) shaft end face 23, is provided here on the adjusting part 8.
12 to 15 show a further embodiment of the insect protection system 1 in the form of a support frame or a door frame for an insect protection door. This insect protection door itself, not shown, is articulated via hinge points 31 to the profile strip 2 which is vertically oriented in this exemplary embodiment and thus is vertically fixed in the wall reveal 4. Although a single profile strip 2 is basically sufficient for pivotally holding the insect protection door, a practically completely closed frame system with an upper cross profile 32 and a bottom-side support strip 33 is formed in this exemplary embodiment.
13 to 15, the fastening device 3 for clamping fixation of the insect protection system 1 according to FIG. 12 again consists of a profile-fixed guide part 7 and of the adjusting part 8 movable in relation to the latter in the longitudinal direction L of the profile and of the part between these parts 7, 8 arranged and essentially slide-displaceable in the profile transverse direction Q formed slider 9, which in turn interacts with the practically identical set screw 10.
The guide part 7 shown in FIG. 14 in turn has a joining shaft 14 which, in the assembled state, sits in a corresponding manner in a corresponding profile chamber of the profile strip 2 in a manner not shown anymore. On the inside, the guide part 7 again has slide surfaces 17 on the guide part side, between which the set screw 10 runs and on which the setting slide 9 is guided in a sliding manner in the transverse direction Q of the profile. The corresponding sliding surfaces 25 of the adjustment part 8 can be seen in FIG. 15. In this embodiment, the wedge-shaped sliding surfaces are provided on the adjusting part 8 with a ramp course 26 inclined to the profile transverse direction Q.
16 to 19 show a further embodiment of the insect protection system 1, which is designed here as an insect protection sliding door. To this end, a preferably vertically clamp-fixed profile strip 2 is provided with a fastening device 3 held on the bottom side on its profile face 16. This insect protection system 1 is in turn designed with a profile frame including the profile strip 2 and a bottom-side guide strip or rail 34. On this, the sliding doors 35 of the insect protection system 1 can be moved in the direction of the left and / or right side of the figure.
17 shows the fastening device 3 with a view into the lower right corner of the insect protection system 1 according to FIG. 16. From there, the set screw 10 arranged at an angle to the transverse direction Q of the profile can be seen.
As can be seen from FIGS. 18 and 19, the sliding surfaces 17 of the profile-fixed guide part 7 are in turn oriented parallel to the profile transverse direction Q. The sliding surfaces 25 assigned to the adjusting part 8 according to FIG. 19, on the other hand, like the corresponding sliding surfaces 18b on the slide vanes 19 of the slide valve 9, are wedge-shaped or ramp-shaped. This ramp profile 26 of the sliding part 25 on the adjustment part side, which is inclined to the transverse profile direction Q, can be seen in FIG. 19. In this embodiment, too, the support point for the shaft end face 23 of the adjusting screw 10 is provided on the inner wall 24 of the adjusting part 8.
While in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 7, in which the guide part 7 receives the adjusting part 8 with the interposition of the adjusting slide 9 and engages here on three sides, and in the embodiment according to FIGS. 12 to 15, in which this in turn Adjustment part 8 received by the guide part 7 and thereby encompassed practically on all sides is thus guided in the guide part 7, in the embodiments according to FIGS. 8 to 11 and FIGS. 16 to 19, the adjustment part 8 overlaps the guide part 7 at least on two sides or again on all sides.
In all embodiments, the profile bar 2 and the adjusting slide 9 facing away from the outside or surface 36 of the adjusting part 8 forms the contact surface of the fastening device 3 on the respective wall of the reveal 4 or the frame. To increase the static friction and thus to improve the mounting of the insect protection system 1 in the reveal 4 and to compensate for unevenness, a rubber-like protective layer or a corresponding protective element 37 can be applied to this outside or surface 36 of the adjustment part 8. This can be seen in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6.
